The Memoria Calamity Days - Kume Masao will increase the amount of event points when equipped.
Ensouled Book Campaign will run from 2017/12/20 until 2018/01/10 13:59 JST. During the campaign period, the player has an increased chance of transmigrating Akutagawa Ryuunosuke by delving into Ensouled Books.

The Ensouled Book Campaign for Futabatei Shimei has ended.
The "Co-Research with Chief Librarian ~Part Four~" Event has begun and will run until 2017/12/06. Players will be issued Chief Librarian's Fans upon daily login for entry into the special event bookshelf to obtain decor coins.
Special summer menu items have reverted back to the regular menu.
Winter decor series is now available for purchase in the Decor purchase menu. On that note, Fall decor series has been removed from the menu.
Decor licenses have been implemented. Players may gain them as event rewards from this point on.

Fixed an error in Futabatei Shimei's entry in the Writers' Register.

Sakaguchi Ango has been added to the transmigration list in the Ensouled Book Delve. It is only possible to summon Ango using 1500 ink and above. The timer is 4:20:00.
- In order to unlock 1500 and 4000 ink usage for transmigrations, it is necessary to meet the terms of the two main missions in Research.
Research on Futabatei Shimei Campaign will run from 2017/11/22 to 2017/11/29 13:59 JST.
- Any selection of ink quantity can transmigrate the new writer.
- The higher amount of ink used will increase the chance of successful transmigration.
- By using Gold Bookmark, the chance to transmigrate new writer will be increased 10 times.
- The probability of transmigrations depending on the ink and bookmark usage could be seen under the "Events" tab.
The shop will now sell the following items for the duration of the campaign:
- Research Set 1 (2000 ink. The purchase is limited to 3 per person.)

By participating the event, players can unlock outfits for Dazai Osamu, Sakaguchi Ango and Oda Sakunosuke. The Memoria Flare of the Setting Sun - Dazai Osamu will increase the amount of event points when equipped.
Ensouled Book Campaign will run from 2017/11/08 until 2017/11/22 13:59 JST. During the campaign period, the player has an increased chance of transmigrating Akutagawa Ryuunosuke and Sakaguchi Ango by delving into Ensouled Books.
- Any selection of ink quantity can transmigrate the writers.
- After the maintenance on the 22nd, Sakaguchi Ango will be added to the transmigration list in the Ensouled Book Delve. It is only possible to summon Ango using 1500 ink and above.
  - In order to unlock 1500 and 4000 ink usage for transmigrations, it is necessary to meet the terms of the two main missions in Research.
A new limited-time mission has been added.

- Players who log in during 2017/11/01 to 2017/11/30 will receive 3000 Memoria Stones. Players logging in for seven consecutive days will receive, in order, 5 Ensouled Books, 400 Ink, 400 Rations, 5 Governors, 2 Elixirs of Refinement, 2 Elixirs of Pursuit, and 3000 more Memoria Stones.
  - Items can be claimed from the Research screen.
- New recollections have been added to the I-shelf.
- EXP gain and Souls drop rate will be tripled until 2017/11/08 23:59 JST.
- First year anniversary lines will be played at the loading screen until 2017/11/08 23:59 JST. There are 18 lines, played at random.
- Emergency Mission Quests that reward Large Souls will be available until 2017/11/08 23:59 JST (not available on Monday, Wednesday and Friday). Players will be able to gain 10 Large Souls per day the Mission Quest is available.
- The Shop will now sell the following items for the duration of the campaign:

Emergency maintenance has been conducted from 14:00 until 16:30 JST to fix an error that has caused the use of Gold Bookmark in Research on Kajii Motojirou Campaign to not generate the stated increase of probability of successful transmigration as it should. The issue has been fixed.
The following changes are to take effect after the maintenance:
- Ink, Gold Bookmarks and Ensouled Books consumed during the transmigration campaign period from 2017/10/06 16:00 JST until 2017/10/10 19:30 JST has been fully compensated for.
- Governors consumed for Ensouled Book Delves during the transmigration campaign period from 2017/10/06 16:00 JST until 2017/10/10 19:30 JST has been fully compensated for.

The Research on Masamune Hakuchou event has ended.
Implementation of Ensouled Book Delve Campaign until 2017/09/06 13:59 JST. During the campaign period, the player has an increased chance of transmigrating Arishima Takeo by using Gold Bookmark. Successful transmigration without Gold Bookmark is possible but the probability is low.
- In the event that Arishima Takeo has already been transmigrated, the player will receive 2 medium souls, random color.
The shop will now sell the following items for the duration of the campaign:
- Gold Bookmark Set (5 Gold Bookmarks, 500 Coins. The purchase is limited to 5 per person.)
Starting from 2017/08/30 after maintenance until 2017/09/01 23:59 JST, game title screen will replay login voice of the new writer who will be implemented in the near future.
Due to popularity, the obtainable period of Summer-themed decor items has been extended until maintenance on 2017/09/20. The seasonal items can be accessed from Decor feature in the Office.
Implementation of Outfit Storage feature. The new feature is for storing all unlocked alternate outfits in the event of a writer reaching Final Words. The outfits will be available for use again once the player succeed to retransmigrate the dead writer.
- Please note that this rule does not apply to the lost writers prior to the feature implementation.
- In addition, Outfit Storage feature enables the player to keep alternate outfits gained from event rewards even if the writer has not been transmigrated yet.
- This feature is located on the 2nd tab of the Switch Assistant menu screen in the Office.
An error that has made some Letters not displayed correctly has been fixed.

Emergency maintenance has been conducted from 0:48 until 4:36 JST to fix an error in the Strolls feature that has allowed players to give present more than once during evening strolls. The issue has been fixed. As an apology for the inconvenience, the following compensation will be given to all players and can be collected upon login until 2017/08/16 23:59 JST:
- 400 Ink
- 400 Food
- 700 Coins
The following changes are to take effect after the maintenance:
- Trust gauge of writers that received presents more than once per time period from 2017/08/09 18:00 JST until 2017/08/10 00:48 JST has been reset to 0 state.
  - Trust gauge of writers that received presents on 2017/08/09 from 16:00 until 17:59 JST has also been reset to 0 state.
  - The amount of consumed coins during the abovementioned periods will be compensated for separately once preparation is completed.
- Alternate clothing rewards that have been unlocked due to the error have been returned to locked state.
  - As for item rewards other than clothing, they will remain in possession but subsequent repeats of raising reset Trust gauge will not generate the same rewards again.
- Elixir of Refinement and Elixir of Pursuit consumed prior to emergency maintenance will be compensated for separately once preparation is completed.

The Purify "The Five-Storied Pagoda" Event has ended. Event rewards may still be collected until the maintenance on 2017/01/18.
Implementation of the Decor function. The players can change their furniture or accessories by clicking the Decor button in the Office.
Implementation of limited-time seasonal (winter) furniture. These items will be removed from the decor shop on 2017/03/08. It is unknown whether they will return at a later date. These limited items are denoted in the shop by this description: 期間限定.
Implementation of the limited daily mission "Transmigrate 5 Writers" which rewards 100 decor coins upon completion. This daily mission will be removed on 2017/01/25.
Some daily/weekly missions will now reward decor coins upon completion.

Emergency Mission Quest: Souls (Large) will drop from some maps from 2017/01/01 0:00 JST until 2017/01/03 23:59 JST.
The limit on Souls (Large) harvested will reset everyday at 23:59 JST.
A total of 30 Souls (Large) will be obtainable over the period of three days, at the usual rate of 10 each day.
