“There's literature we must protect.”

The many books written by the great writers. Their creative world views and stories stirring emotions, as literature, have tinged the hearts of people and enriched our society. However, strange-looking beings that dye books black appeared.

They were beings called “taints”, born from negative emotions toward literature.

These great writers, by delving into tainted books, save the books by defeating the taints within them. Everything was for the sake of saving the literature of this world.

This is a new story composed by the great writers; the very people who put their soul into writing these books...
